Violet's POV

I refused to come out of my new room even when Daphne and Kanan came to knock.

No way would I sit at the same table as that jerk.

Somehow he scares the shit out of me.

Fortunately, I had some snacks packed in my bag, which should do for the night.

I had barely slept a wink when I heard the outrageous knocking on my room door.

Groggy and upset, I climbed down the queen-sized bed and opened the door.

“What?” I yelled at the person.

Sure enough, it was Daphne.

“You are late, Aiden's almost ready to leave, and you are supposed to go together.”

“I'm not going,” I grumbled walking inside, especially not with that jerk

“Yes, you are, young lady, except you are ready to bump into Kanan and me, anytime we are having sex.”

“Ewww, Daphne.” I made a face that I wanted to throw up.

“Call me mother, I've told you a thousand times.” She corrected me.

I certainly don't want to run into them having sex, and I still don't want to go to an elite wolves academy.

“Do I really need to go?” I pouted.

Daphne smiled at me.

“Yes you do, I feel this place is going to be different for us, plus the elite academy will give you good opportunities.”

There was no point in arguing, I was never going to win.

“Three months?” I asked.

“Just three months, and you'll be back here.” She raised three fingers.

That was how I found myself heading downstairs with luggage, apparently, it was a boarding school, which I had been to similar places when Daphne remarried.

There was a high chance of my never bumping into Aiden Delacroix, so I plan to avoid him like the plague once we get there.

He was waiting for me outside, in a red Porsche.

His face turned to me, and there was no smile, not even an evil smirk.

Dude was probably upset about something, which is none of my business.

Immediately I tried to open the car door, but he drove off haughtily.

I didn't want to go with him in the first place.

I stood dumbfounded. How was I expected to cope with this?

I slapped my thighs.

“It means no elite academy for me,” I said loudly.

The butler was standing right behind me.

He was holding up a key.

“Alpha Kanan suspected Aiden of pulling such an act, so he asked me to drive you there instead.”

Damn, I was so close to getting out of it.

Left without choice, I followed the butler whose name was Declan.

He didn't say a word to me until we got to the elite academy.

“Here we are Miss Violet, Elite Academy.”

I stared out the window in awe, I've never been so struck by a school before.

My previous schools were big and cool, but they can't be compared to this.

The cars that pulled up to the school showed that only the most people from respectable, wealthy, and prestigious packs attended it.

It was owned by no one other than Kanan Delacroix himself.

His name was sitting pretty, carved on the top of the building for everyone to see.

“Great, this is just great,” I mumbled as I rolled my luggage towards the registration point.

Thankfully, I wasn't the only enroller, so it wasn't awkward.

The line was moving forward which showed that it would soon be my turn.

When it got to my turn, I trudged on with my luggage, puffing air.

Something hit my head again and fell right in front of me.

I had a sudden feeling of deja Vu, boy was I ready to give Aiden a piece of my mind.

I picked the ball up and sank my claws into it.

Everyone around me gasped.

“No, she didn't.” Someone muttered.

I looked around, half expecting to see Aiden somewhere, since he was the only one who knew me and wanted to prank me in a new place.

The once buzzing hall fell quiet at once, and even the attendant handling the registration started trembling.

About four girls wearing the same outfit of short blue striped skirt, grey hose, and butter colored short sleeved shirt walked towards me.

They each had a lolly in their mouths, I assumed that was the school uniform, since that was what others wore from the outside.

Just that these girls had some kind of fancy chain belt attached to the sides of their skirts.

The blonde-haired haired in the middle was incredibly beautiful with pink lips and hour shaped figure, she could pass for a model.

She stopped right in front of me still sucking her lolli, making slurping sounds.

“How dare you do that to my ball?” She asked haughtily.

I looked at the deflated ball in my hands.

“Ohhhhh, is this yours?” I asked mockingly.

“Maybe you should be more careful about where you throw it next time.”

Everyone gasped again. What was wrong with them?

The blonde removed the lolly from her mouth, her grey eyes flashing.

“You seem to be new here, so I'd just give you an Elite Academy welcome.”

Before I knew it, she kicked me in the stomach. I was caught off guard as I flew backwards.

Fuvk, she was powerful. My body hit a pillar as I still held on to my luggage.

No one challenged her for assaulting a new student, they all watched bringing out their phones.

She must be the Queen Bee of Elite Academy.

“Nica one Jemma.” The tall slender girl behind the blonde chuckled.

The Blondie, Jemma still had a wicked look in her eyes.

She wasn't done with me yet.

I managed to stand up, pain coursed through my bones.

My claws came out again, If it's a fight she wants then I'm going to give it to her.

“Is that the only thing you can do? Bring your claws out.” A voice interrupted.

Everyone looked at the newcomer, they made way for him to walk through as he came.

His trousers were the same color as theirs, only that he was wearing a black shirt which was a little bit open at the top.

It was Aiden.

He stopped in front of me, his eyes held no recognition of who I am even though he just spoke to me.

Damn was he good looking.

“Aiden.” Jemma purred, holding his hands.

“Do you know this disrespectful pup?”

She did not just call me a pup.

“I am not a pup.” I snarled at her.

She threw me a condescending stare.

“You speak only when you are spoken to.”

Who does this bitch think she is, she might be the queen here, but I don't let no one control me.

“I'll speak whenever I like, you can't control me.” I countered angrily.

Jemma started for me again. Aiden stretched out a hand to block her.

“Jemma darling, it's the first day, you can't be getting into a fight on your first day.”

“Why are you defending her? Do you know her or something?” She asked again.

Aiden had avoided the question the first time.

He glanced briefly at me.

“No.”

Great, just great, my so-called step-brother just denied me in front of a quarter of the school's population.

“Then I can do as I please with her,” Jemma said.

“It just wouldn't look good on you, besides, you don't want to get all messed up because of a tramp.”

“Hey, don't call me a tramp,” I yelled at him throwing my little handbag at his face.

Aiden faced me, his brown doe eyes piercing mine.

“You'll have to apologize for that.”

“What?” I scoffed.

“Like hell I will.”

“You don't seem to know where you are, and who you are talking to, I will make your life miserable till you think of jumping off a cliff.”

As he said those words he moved closer to me until my back touched the pillar.

A chill ran through my spine, my heart felt like it wanted to burst out of my chest, but I raised my chin to show I wasn't scared of anybody, especially him.

“You are the one who shouldn't be causing a nuisance on your first day of school, Aiden.”

Aiden stepped back, raking his hand through his hair, making it more scattered.

Thankfully, a teacher had arrived to put a stop to this nonsense bullying.

“Vale, what do you want?”

Aiden asked, putting a hand to his pocket.

I looked at my saviour, he was no teacher, he was a student, tall with black hair, and piercings in his ears, he looked angelic and long-legged with grey orbs.

This school must be swarming with good-looking guys.

“I don't want anything, it just makes me sick that the hall is crowded because of you, brother.”

Hold up, did I just hear him say brother?
